PARTS REQUEST FORM

To place a part(s) request, please fill out and submit the following form.
All requests are subject to approval by our customer service team. There will be no charge for approved parts warranty claims.

Your request may be fulfilled much quicker if you provide a proof of purchase with your request. For larger parts (not screws, bolts or hardware), the next step after filling out the form below is to send in a copy of your receipt (if not already submitted) and photos of any damaged parts via e-mail to parts@sonax.ca. Please be sure to note your request reference number in the e-mail.

Please ensure that the information you enter is accurate, as it will be used to ship the part(s).
After you submit your request, you will be given a request reference number, which will display on this page. Please take note of this number.

If you can not submit a file of your proof of purchase, please be sure to e-mail your proof of purchase to parts@sonax.ca with your request reference number in the e-mail subject line. Your request will not be completed until we receive a proof of purchase.

¹ For a model with a Serial Number, only the Serial Number is required to be entered. The serial number is 15 alpha-numeric (letters and numbers) digits.
Not all products have a Serial Number, the Model Number and 5 digit Run Number of the product are required instead of the Serial Number in those cases.
